Two sessions ago, we talked about how performance = potential - interference, where we looked at how reducing interference essential to improving our performance. As we discussed further in the previous session about how to identify these interferences so we can reduce their effects on us, we expanded it into the space of using it in management.
How do we help others who we manage and lead to reduce their interferences? The key behind this is reducing the interferences that they experience within the team and company. And in this session, we will discuss how we can help people identify, accept, and therefore reduce the interferences to improve performance.
