You aren't alone. Plenty of new Singapore founders do. But getting it wrong means either overpaying from the company's pocket or incorrectly docking your team's salaries. 🛑

Here is the quick breakdown every SME employer needs:

💼 𝗦𝗗𝗟 (𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝘆) = 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁.
You pay this on top of salaries for all employees, local and foreign. It's 0.25% of their gross wage, with a minimum of $2 and a maximum of $11.25 per month.

👥 𝗦𝗛𝗚 (𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀) = 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆.
