We were so thrilled to have welcomed the volunteers from CDAC onboard catamaran Kucinta. Guests enjoyed an afternoon cruising along the Straits of Johor, taking in the many sights of the straits. Thank you for joining us!

华助会幸福乐龄组的同事以及《陪你看报纸》/《 陪你知天下》的义工在前个星期六下午，去了一趟4个小时的海上学习之旅。他们乘坐了新加坡双体船 – Kucinta游览了一部分的 柔佛海峡。船从莱佛士滨海出发，向东航行至兀兰，再道回航，途中看到了不少的地标如莱佛士滨海灯塔、大士新马第二通道、莎琳汶海滩、林厝港渔场、新加坡海岸卫队警岗、新柔长堤等。了解这些地标背后的故事和由来，也对新加坡的历史更深入的认识。这趟航程是由幸福乐龄的义工陈耀坤先生的公司安排的。游艇则由Boats, Boats & Boats Services Pte Ltd提供的。谢谢他们的慷慨赞助！

Cruising along the Straits of Johor in an educational, historical and heritage tour, volunteers and staff from our News Sharing programme had a great time on board Kucinta on the 29th of June!
In this 4-hour tour, the volunteers learnt more about Singapore's history and were introduced to various landmarks like the Lim Chu Kang Fish Farms, Sarimbun Beach and the Johor Straits lighthouse (aka Raffles Marina lighthouse).
The tour was specially arranged by Mr Tan Yeo Khon, a volunteer from FFA as part of his company's CSR and the Yacht services was provided through the courtesy of Boats, Boats & Boats Services Pte Ltd. Thank you!
