AI-Generated Products: A new legal framework clarifies that intellectual achievements created by humans with the assistance of AI systems are eligible for protection, provided there is significant human creative contribution.

Management & Exploitation: Enterprises can now establish and maintain internal lists of IP rights, including unregistered trade secrets and pending patents as a proactive tool for business planning and investment strategies.

The Rules entered into force immediately and apply to all INGOs and local NGOs.
