More than 80 startups across sectors including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, energy and healthcare participated in the session, reflecting the strong interest among Singapore companies in pursuing global growth opportunities.

In our latest sports engagement and leadership networking session, 𝗖𝗟𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗦 was delighted to partner with the Singapore Golf Association (𝗦𝗚𝗔) and 𝗧𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 to host an introductory golf experience for our leaders at 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗕𝗼𝘅 𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗞𝗮𝗸𝗶.

As we mark one year of 𝗖𝗟𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗦' partnership with 𝗦𝗚𝗔, we remain proud to support its High-Performance Programme, which is dedicated to nurturing young athletes and golfers in their sporting development. Beyond supporting the growth of the sport, we are also committed to fostering connections within our business community and encouraging our People to embrace golf as a platform for networking, wellness, and lifelong learning.

This session represents the first step in building greater interest in the sport, starting with our leaders and creating opportunities to inspire wider participation across our firm.

Earlier this month, our 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, Maria Teo, had the privilege of serving as a Guest Assessor for the final presentations of Nanyang Polytechnic 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞, Sustainability in Business Project.

It was an insightful and rewarding experience to witness students present innovative and practical solutions to sustainability-focused challenges based on problem statements introduced during a guest lecture conducted by CLA Global TS'𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 in May.

We are grateful to Nanyang Polytechnic for the opportunity to contribute to the students' learning journey. As Singapore continues to strengthen its position as a leading international fund management centre, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has on, 31 July 2026, introduced a number of refinements to the fund tax incentive schemes under Sections 13D, 13O, 13OA and 13U of the Income Tax Act 1947. The changes seek to continue enhancing Singapore's competitiveness as a fund management and wealth management hub whilst attempting to reduce compliance burdens.

In this article, we will be focusing on the changes applicable across multiple schemes (S13D, S13O, S13OA and S13U), starting with the specific updates to the S13O/S13OA scheme.

During the National Day week, we hosted the final presentation round of the 𝐂𝐋𝐀 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐒 9𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 2026, where students shared innovative ideas around “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐞: 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”
