My last few days in Nanjing was fruitful and memorable - building friendship, facilitating intergenerational wealth transfer, advising an entrepreneur in his organisation development, visiting Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall and Heritage Museum, and not missing out the Nanjing food !

在ICA TOP上海第五届年会上，我完成了两场关于系统思维和系统实践的分享会。学员们热情地提出许多问题，这让我感到非常兴奋；同时，我也担心自己可能没有把学习内容讲解得更清晰、更注重过程，以免让中国学员感到困惑。我希望大家都能继续探索系统思维的实践，因为我希望通过这两场分享会，能够激发大家对系统思维的兴趣。2025年12月19日Completed two sessions of sharing systems thinking and systems practice in the ICA TOP Shanghai 5th conference. I was thrilled from many questions asked by the passionate learners while worried that I might not have make the learning clearer and process-based for our chinese learners. I wish all of you continue to explore the systems thinking practice as I was aiming to plant a seed of interest in these session of thinking in systems. 19 Dec 2025

In the past 5 weeks and coming 3 weeks I have been active in sharing my learning and practices of systems thinking in my own development and working with leaders and teams, especially in the space of dialogue. In these coming two sharing I will explore the concept of dialogue/ conversations as a living system applied under different problem-solving contexts. Im still learning and continue to learn; looking forward to the questions and exchanges with other practitioners to deepen my personal mastery and mental models. Grateful!

The “Generating Connections and Actions towards a flourishing future” session was designed using the metaphor of Lotus and its flower, as Lotus flourished even in mud and its roots are interconnected to bloom such beautiful flowers. The centre piece of the session was bringing participants to converge the 3 days of learning and cold data into personal warm data to commitment with Lisa Sha’s motivating and gentle voice to invoke the beta breathing and image of success. Great session as we had to squeeze out the planned 90 mins session to 65 mins in the moment. SoL Global (Asia) Conference Ho Chi Min City Vietnam 28 Sep 2025

Im on my way to Singapore Changi International Airport again - 3rd time this month, to join and contribute to the Society of Organizational Learning (SOL) Global Conference Asia (first time) alongside giants of OL and sustainability. I will be facilitating a continued session (part 2) after Robert and Kate (in the morning) to help the 100+ participants generate connections and actions for a flourishing future ! The design is based on metaphor of lotus and adaptive action process. Looking forward to this 3-day conference with excitement and cautiously careful of health as I just completed a colonoscopy operations yesterday.

Just spent a good 6 days in Bali for IAF Asia Conference, fellowship with friends of IAF community and grateful to Lisa Sha CPF in co-sharing the session on “Systemness in Social Change” - emphasing the need for facilitators to see the whole and parts, and help participants to surface the underlying structure driving the behaviors - at the IAF Asia (Bali) Conference 4 Sep 2025.
