Chicken Stew

Made this for the family who are currently falling sick, especially the little one. A hearty chicken stew to warm the insides and clear the nasal passages!

Can be done in puree or lumps!

CONTAINS : Homemade chicken stock, celery, carrots, chicken, onions, tomatoes, butter, black pepper and bay leaf.

Our baby food jars are made of glass with metal lids; with the exception of our sample bottles.

When we were putting thought into what containers would suit us, we had a two point criteria ~
1. Low cost so that customers get affordability
2. Avoid/minimally contribute to the already huge carbon footprint/plastic waste

The 2nd point resonanted more deeply with us because as parents, we felt we needed to do more for the Earth - For the sake of our children's future.

If we continually used single use plastics, it would be a vicious cycle of adding more plastic into our landfills, oceans and into our very own diet.

Glass was a natural choice because it can be sterilized and reused whether to store more baby food OR even breastmilk for your next child. And if you decided that you are done with it, it can be recycled.

Our jars are microwave, freezer, oven and even dishwasher safe.

CHICKEN MUSHROOM "RISOTTO"

A easy meal to introduce healthy fats into your child's diet.

In the past, butter has been negatively linked as a cause for obesity and cardiovascular diseases. However, it has recently made a comeback as a "health food".

Butter contains many fat soluble vitamins as well as healthy saturated fats. Not only that, it gives food a depth of flavour that most vegetable oils lack.

Made with unsalted butter, organic brown rice and our homemade chicken stock, this dish has a creamy richness similar to risotto. Feel free to add a little parmesan or mozzarella to get that stringy texture.

My 19mth old had two helpings of the "risotto" just last night.

CHICKEN CURRY (PUREE / LUMPS)

It is never too late to try and introduce curry. Check out the nutritional and health benefits of CURRY POWDER!

Curry powder contains coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, ginger and so many more! This aids your little one in their digestion and it has some antibacterial and antioxidant properties as well!

Our ingredients are lightly stir-fried with curry powder to bring out its flavour. Then gently simmered on a low heat with our homemade chicken stock. Served as a puree, lumps or even over piping hot rice. This concoction covers all the age groups!

INTRODUCTORY COMBO PUREES can be customised from 2-3 fruits or veggies of your choice from the Stage 1 Menu. Please DM me if your choices are not listed in the menu.

ADVANCE COMBO / SPICED PUREES can be ordered from the menu in the image.

Our recipes are packed full of natural flavours and delicious enough to pass even the very picky tastebuds of a 19mth old. Can be done in lumps for Stage 3 as well.

Who says that babies should take only bland blended foods? Explore the world of flavours by adding spices to jazz up that bowl of baby food.

We at Sinful Decadence are busy in the kitchen planning the launch of our Stage 2 & Stage 3 Menus.

Experimenting with spices and concentrating flavours so that we get the 100% umami without the addition of sugar, salt or preservatives, we want the taste to be satisfying for both parents and babies!
