Job Description:

- Oversee and manage the efficient running of the restaurant outlet in line with the branch standards, while meeting the employees’, company’s and customers’ expectations.

- Attend to customers and their requests/feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Manage manpower schedules, staff development and comply with company’s SOPs and standards.

- Motivate and guide the employees in up-selling the food and beverage items.

- Supervise the effective control of food & beverages, inventory and labour cost to ensure that the operational expenditures stay within the budget.

- Monitor food and stocks wastage in the outlet and ensure that all supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.

- Update POS system as and when necessary.

- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and industry.

- Have experience on POS restaurant operation and proficient in full spectrum of fast food restaurant function.

- Able to work under the pressure in a fast paced environment.

- Preferably with experience in back end operations of the restaurant eg. preparation and cooking.

- Meticulous, mathematically incline and possess good people skills.

- Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.

- Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.

- Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neat attires.

- Polite manner, energetic, cheerful, and hardworking.

- Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to obtain feedback for improvement.

- Able to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.

A quantity surveyor may work for either the client, the contractor or sub-con, working in an office or on site. They are involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.
When the project is in progress, quantity surveyors keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
Aside from Quantity Surveyor, he or she will also act as project engineer wherein will take charge of the supervising the project, adhere to construction procedures, coordinate all work schedule and liase with project manager and archi coordinator.
He or She should monitor and ensure that the work progress is within project schedules and manage the project independently as well as lead and motivate team.
* Estimation of quantities, preparing BOQ, BBS as per drawing.
* Coordinating with Design & Construction team.
* Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing details to ground, Checking all centering and reinforcement works.
* Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
* Ensuring timely resource availability.
* Undertaking cost analysis for repair and alteration done by customer in project work.
* Evaluating completed work and arranging payments.
* Ensure quality of structure, works as per drawing and specifications & ensure no rework.
* Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
* Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and submitting it to the Management

REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
