Johnny has led and trained sales teams in multi-national companies for more than twenty years. This included senior sales management roles in media as well as hospitality industries. He has led teams through extremely challenging environments and situations, often leading them into top market share positions, thus enhancing his real world experiences which he loves sharing in a

Johnny Ong’s academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hull (United Kingdom), as well as a Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (United Kingdom). His other academic credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University (United States) as well as a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Singapore). He has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (IAL Singapore) and the Diploma in Psychotherapy from the School of Positive Psychology (Singapore).
