Good design takes time and last the time.

Probably the most iconic bottle design in Asia and the world for Japan's first global product design. Designed in 1961 by Kenji Ekuan, it took 3 years and more than 100 prototypes. Developed based on "human culture", the design hasn't changed in more than 50 years.

Kenji Ekuan designed the Akita bullet train and a handful of Yamaha motorcycles, but somehow the Kikkoman soy sauce bottle we know and love ended up taking
