“Double chocolate banana brownie”
~healthy version~
Ingredients:
-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tbs dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/2cup cocoa powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- some dark chocolate chips and almond bits for toppings
1. Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Then add in all the dry ingredients and stir it well.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into a pan.
3. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and almond bits.
4. Bake at 180c 25mins for moist texture.
