An Evening of Conversation on AI, Ethics and Intentional Leadership

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday for this edition of Spend the Night With, held in collaboration with B Lab Singapore and Acre, as part of B Corp Month. Together, we explored one of the defining conversations of our time: how organisations can embrace artificial intelligence with responsibility, clarity and purpose.

Moderated by Paddy Balfour (Acre), the panel featured insights from Munas van Boonstra (.monks), Lee Wan Sie (Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore) and Zia Zaman (Microsoft), as they examined the deeper implications of AI adoption, from accountability and bias to transparency, trust and long-term societal impact.

As AI continues to shape the way we live, work and lead, the discussion served as a timely reminder that innovation must be guided by intention. The evening surfaced thoughtful perspectives on embedding ethics into decision-making, aligning technology with human values, and ensuring progress creates sustainable value for businesses, communities and society at large.
