Our own self restraint joint, Electrolock,

Davos sees a lot of world leaders every year, at the World Economic Forum summits - and now, it will see , a world leader in and .

is proud to supply pipes for a renewable energy project near Davos.

The project involves the delivery and installation of 150mm and 600mm Electrolock self-restrained pipes and fittings, for drinking water transport and power generation.

The pipeline connects a water collection plant to a new hydroelectric power station, which will generate sustainable energy.

The pipes had to be laid on steep slopes, making the handling of the project very complex and delicate.

Thankfully, the use of joints eliminated the need for bulky concrete thrust blocks.

Our technical engineering team supported the Swiss water authority throughout the project, of course.
