As AI continues to reshape how organizations operate, the conversation is shifting from “What can AI do?” to “Where and how should we apply it?”

Cohort 54’s two-half day executive program focused on building that perspective, helping leaders move from 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀.

Day 1 focused on building a shared understanding of AI and identifying where it can create meaningful value. Leaders explored AI through a business and operational lens, while beginning to translate opportunities into practical initiatives.

🔹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 | 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Day 2 built on that foundation by shifting the focus toward ex*****on, connecting AI opportunities to real workflows, strategic decisions, and the practical considerations required to operationalize AI across the enterprise.

Together, the two days reinforced an important leadership perspective:

𝗖52 & 𝗖53: 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

When AI adoption expands across an organization, alignment becomes just as important as technology.

Following Cohort 51, leaders from additional business functions came together for 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 52 𝗮𝗻𝗱 53 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲, continuing a broader capability-building initiative that spans four leadership cohorts over two weeks.

The conversations went beyond AI fundamentals and explored questions that leaders are actively facing today:

🔹 Where can AI create the greatest business value?
🔹 Which opportunities should be prioritized first?
🔹 How do teams balance innovation, governance, and operational needs?
🔹 What capabilities are needed to support long-term adoption?
🔹 How can leaders guide their teams through evolving ways of working?

Through discussions, case studies, and hands-on exploration, participants examined how AI can strengthen decision-making, improve productivity, and support enterprise transformation across different functions.

One of the most rewarding outcomes was seeing leaders from diverse business areas develop a shared perspective on opportunities, challenges, and next steps for AI adoption.

Building AI capability across an organization creates stronger alignment, faster ex*****on, and greater confidence in navigating change.

We recently completed 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 51 of our two-day 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 programme with leaders from a global manufacturing enterprise.

Part of a broader initiative spanning 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 51-54, the programme brings together leaders from multiple functions to build a common foundation in digital transformation, AI adoption, and innovation leadership. Guided by GECO Asia's 3𝗖 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆, participants from Cohort 51 explored practical approaches to turning AI opportunities into business impact.
