An unforgettable 'First Class Host Train-the-Trainer workshop' with Resorts World at Sea on board their vessel, Genting Dream Cruise. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitable and made our experience a lovely one. Kudos especially to Ritzal Shawn, Angela and their team who went all out to make us feel comfortable and to give us a grand tour of the ship despite having had a long day prior. 😄
