As we observe Juneteenth, we honor the resilience, strength, and enduring legacy of those who fought for freedom and equality. June 19, 1865, marks a pivotal moment in American history when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom, reminding us that liberty and justice must be continually protected and advanced.

Today is a time for reflection, education, remembrance, and appreciation for the sacrifices that paved the way for future generations.

On behalf of MFAD Creative Group LLC, I encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the significance of this day and the progress we continue to pursue together.

🚨 Small Business Owners: This is a wake-up call and an opportunity.

I recently explored Andrej Karpathy's AI Job Market Visualizer (https://karpathy.ai/jobs), a tool that analyzes 342 occupations and estimates their exposure to AI-driven disruption. The project highlights how many knowledge-based and administrative roles could be significantly impacted by AI over the next several years.

For small business owners, this doesn't mean panic—it means preparation.

Here are a few questions every business owner should be asking:

✅ Which tasks in my business are repetitive and could be automated?

✅ How can AI help me reduce administrative costs while improving customer service?

✅ Are my employees being trained to work alongside AI instead of competing against it?

✅ Am I using technology to create new revenue opportunities?

The businesses that thrive won't necessarily be the largest. They'll be the ones who adapt the fastest.

AI is changing the way proposals are written, invoices are processed, marketing campaigns are developed, customer inquiries are handled, and data is analyzed. The advantage for small businesses is agility—we can implement change much faster than large organizations.
