Sunken seat, broken springs and loose backs… these are among the issues of this very old chair. But we are not giving up. Spring re-welded and tied down the with good old fashioned 8 ways hand tied methods. Seat re-padded, retaining the initial fillings as much as we could. Carpenter applied the old mortise and tenon joint to fixed back the wood frames.
Took us a while, but with much tender care, this chair is restored and given a brand new look !

It’s been almost 10 years since we reupholster this same chair.
Over the years, the fabric been badly stained and the seat had sagged.
But owner is determined to have this chair restored to its former glory.
So once again, Jazz it Up is here to rescue the chair and gives it a new lease of life.
We are so grateful to be able to work on the same piece of furniture for a second and on several other occasions, third times !

It gives me much pleasure to revisit a client and found my last job still sitting proud in her living room. Reupholster this chair last year.

During the early days of Jazz it Up By Jann, I used to distribute this flyers by hand to my prospect. No online marketing then but actual hands out at fairs and bazaars.
