If your family’s happiness depends on a single client saying Yes this Thursday, you aren’t an entrepreneur. You’re a hostage.

People fail in business because of this one thing.

1. First they get excited about their goals!

2. Then they compare start comparing where they are with where they want to be

3. Realising theres so much work involved… they either …

(A) Get scared, back off and go back to their old lives

(B) Get excited, jump in without a plan, without any training and burn out because… it’s not working, the economy sucks, no customers, the timing wasn’t right, I didnt have……. (Some form of blaming)

(C) They think about it……. And think about it… and think about it… till the opportunity goes away…

What I’ve seen with people who make businesses grow is..

They have a plan.
They do the work.
They keep doing the work.

They focus on the process, not the results.

They have a clear goal.. broken down into milestones and.. are not in a hurry

The smart ones even ensure that this one thing is not their only thing. They have a side income, they have options, bridges but, still show up every single day to focus on their business.
