Having very slow response using Windows 7 or 10, check it out in the task manager you will be surprised that even there is program running, the cpu usage should be of 0 ~ 10%. For this case, 100% usage, practically the OS is corrupted or affected by computer viruses. A reformat of the operating will rectify this issue.

From Microsoft Office version 2016 and above, there is no media CD provide for the installation. It is all by License Key found inside the box when you purchase. An email account will required to register in order to download from Microsoft website. There are 2 editions, Home & Biz and Home & Student edition. There difference is the latter comes with MS Outlook while the student version is exclude. Both version namely (No expired License) :-

Recently, we encountered laptops having Windows10 recovery failures. These Windows10 OS recovery are built-into the hidden partition.
