It's been quite a while since I last posted. Almost a year since I moved house and hence had almost stopped my classes. After settling and a 2month holiday on a cruise ship, i'm back to continue, not exactly where I left off but maybe with a difference.

Three lovely ladies who came for a class of Nonya Laksa, Poh Piah n Kwey Pie Ti. Enjoyed themselves having fun, especially with making the Pie Ti Shells, and ended up as friends!

Tried making pizzas for the first time. Tried 3 different recipes, without yeast, and third attempt is a success. Amazing!

This group of 10 super happy, very engaging n articulate friends from Phillipines, here on a retreat, enjoyed a cooking class of beef rendang, chicken rice, chicken satay n assam fish curry before sitting down to enjoy a 10 course Peranakan lunch. Totally satisfying and engaging 3.5 hours of fun n laughter.
