🌟 About the Role
The successful candidate will play an important role in driving our executing effective Sales, marketing and business development strategies to strengthen customer engagement, generate new leads, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop potential business opportunities, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, and support client negotiations.
2. Promote and market the company’s existing products and services to prospective and existing clients.
3. Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, branding concepts, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
5. Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support business development initiatives.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs.
7. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth strategies.
8. Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
9. Achieve agreed monthly sales, lead generation, and marketing performance targets.
10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to long-term customer retention and business growth.
🎯 Experience & Skills Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales and marketing, or a similar role.
3. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Knowledge of design and content creation tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva will be an added advantage.
5. Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media business platforms.
6. Proven ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop marketing campaigns that support business growth.
7. Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital lead-generation strategies.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
9. Ability to conduct market research, analyse marketing data, and interpret campaign performance metrics.
10. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
12. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development and marketing growth.
