I am proud to share that DMR Productions & Firefly Connections has officially secured the licensing rights to run the World Young Chef, Young Waiter & Young Mixologist Competition (YYY) in Singapore and Malaysia for 2026.

This global programme has a forty seven year legacy, and we are excited to be working alongside Sir Robert Walton MBE and his team to bring this world class platform to our region.

YYY is not just a competition. It is an initiative that invests in young culinary, service and beverage talent. It strengthens industry capabilities, opens doors for future leaders and creates meaningful opportunities for growth across Singapore and Malaysia.

For both countries, this means:
* A stronger pipeline of hospitality talent
* Greater international visibility
* Industry uplift through mentorship, training and exposure

* A chance to showcase our region’s excellence on the world stage

And the best part, the national winners from Singapore and Malaysia will represent their countries at the World Finals in London in 2027.

What a night!

Last night’s show, "Disturb the Vibe" brought together an amazing mixed crowd from all over, and the vibes were absolutely electric. Hosted by the hilarious Jacky Ng, with a killer opening set by Qam, the stage was perfectly warmed up before the ever so sassy Elena Gabrielle took over and completely Disturbed the Vibe.

From edgy punchlines to outrageous audience polls that had everyone screaming with laughter, the crowd was in absolute stitches all night long. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any crazier, Elena closed the show with her epic rap number and brought the house down.
