Financial Woman's Association Singapore had a spectacular Symposium where it was achieved with the studio and technology that the Ooffle team provided.

The event took place as a hybrid event where pre recorded videos and live zoom calls where easily integrated. The event had concurrent Panel discussions followed by Breakout Sessions where the panelists could interact with the participants and share their insights.

The guests came down to our greenscreen studio for the live streaming. This was done in real time where they were having normal face to face conversation like the guest and the overseas dialed-in speakers were on the stage together.

The studio set was a dynamic scene with multiple camera and camera angles to make the presentation look very energetic and lively.

The 3D FX team made sure all the visual effects and graphics where of the highest quality and satisfactory to the clients needs. All the effects where made with cohesion in mind so that all the part of the show flowed and blended together smoothly to achieve this spectacular event.

Boehringer-Ingelheim held a spectacular Leadership Conference 2021 where it was achieved with the studio and technology that the Ooffle team provided.

Undoubtedly the events and exhibitions industry is incredibly resilient, and our human need to interact and exchange information face-to-face will result in a recovery in time. After a successful virtual summit earlier this year, Fortinet re-engaged Ooffle for their Fortinet Security FSI Summit 2021. Ooffle had the opportunity to team up with Fortinet to broadcast their online virtual digital conference plus exhibition to thousands of prospective customers around the world, all the while managing the live website and virtual auditorium.

With attendees from many different countries around the world joining us, the digital turnout was very well received. Prior to the event, we managed the entire registration and welcome messaging. We also managed the introductory music and announcements for each attendee. The landing page outlined the agenda clearly, with detailed timestamps, descriptions as well as a time zone reference, highlighting important information about the event.

After participants logged in, they were immediately ushered into an impressive lobby showcasing each and every single aspect of the conference, detailing information about the speakers, as well as their agenda. We greeted them with promotional videos, and also mapped out the directions for the virtual lobby, auditorium, exhibition hall and virtual photobooth, all of which were within easy access.

The virtual event microsite included various interactive booths for the users to navigate through and learn more about the organization and the conference itself. We also introduced multiuser chat, live video calls, fun polls and games for the entertainment of the connected guests, keeping them engaged throughout the event.

At the Auditorium we planned and executed the whole live stream from start to end with different keynote speakers presenting a series of topics in the main 3D room and studio. Keynote speakers that were unable to join us in person were still able to present their topics through the use of a live video stream, complete with minimalistic yet professional backgrounds they they could freely use and swap in and out of.

A video chat feature was introduced, and participants could apply different backgrounds to their own live video streams, as well as use the time given to interact with other like-minded individuals. After the event, they also had the opportunity to take pictures in the virtual photo booth with the Fortinet backgrounds and animations alongside their colleagues.

The speakers also had opportunities to interact with participants through the use of a live chat box. Participants could use the chat box to talk to each other, as well as to the speakers. The backdrop was set up based on the requirements of the client and their organization.

Once the participants logged in, they were immediately redirected into an impressive lobby showcasing each and every other aspect of the conference. It greeted them with promotion videos, and also mapped out the directions for the lobby, auditorium, exhibition hall and virtual photobooth.

The virtual event microsite included various booths for the users to navigate through and learn more about the organization. The list of all the guest speakers and the agenda of the meet was displayed on the website itself. The interactive website also included multiuser chat and polls for the connected guests.

At the Auditorium we planned and executed the whole live stream from start to end with different keynote speakers presenting a series of topics in the main 3D room. For the second day we also had 5 different breakout tracks related to the organization were listed under the resource center which was easily navigable through all the webpages. The live meeting also allowed the users to apply different backgrounds to their video chat and interact with fellow colleagues.

H&M engaged Ooffle to assist in a photoshoot and video recording session for H&M Influencer Launch Event. Ooffle teamed up with H&M to provide them with a professional, high quality photoshoot for their launch which would then reach millions of people all over the region.

We planned and executed the photoshoot from a professional studio, complete with high-quality production facilities such as a full green screen area, props and relevant facilities for the photoshoot. We made sure that they were settled in comfortably and that the photoshoot went well.

Upon arriving at the studio, we showed them around and provided them refreshments, as well as introduced them to the team that would be working with them. The setup was done fast, efficiently, and most importantly, to the client's liking. The photoshoot itself was done with professionalism, with beautiful backgrounds and suitable props such as a posh sofa. Lighting was also adjusted adequately, with multiple overhead lamps to illuminate the studio.

Our team members made sure that the photoshoot models were properly taken care of, with a suite of refreshments and relevant resting areas between shoots. Their requests were entertained; so were the requests of our clients themselves. We were able to create some beautiful pictures with the myriad of equipment at our disposal, and were able to wow our clients themselves.

The video recording session was equally seamless, with everything going well and without a hitch. The use of the green screen was executed to perfection, with no visible kinks or errors, and the result was a flawless promotional video.

The backdrop and production were set up based on the requirements of our client H&M and their team, down to the smallest detail. It was executed perfectly, and most importantly, to their liking.

Ooffle partnered with Olam Cocoa to put out their online virtual webinar & managed the live website with the virtual auditorium.

The website to join the webinar provided a very powerful and very interactive experience. The design was intuitive, functional and beautiful. The users could go to different section of the website seamlessly through the tabs on the top. where they can choose to go to lobby auditorium, experimental kitchen etc. Any user can easily register by going to the register tab and login or register.

Communication is always important. So for this event all the videos according to the language preference of the user can choose between 4 different language, English, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. This makes the users feel comfortable and be able to communicate with the creators easily.

Various resources related to the organization and the event were listed under the "What's Brewing" section which was easily navigable through all the webpages. The Auditorium also had a background of a virtual meeting room with animated humans which made the guests feel like they are actually a part of the event in person.

Speakers interacted with all the participants and the website had a live chat box for everyone to have an online conversation about the event. The speakers also informed the participants about the history of cocoa and it's uses. The backdrop was set up based on the requirements of the client and their organization.

The new Condo built by the MCC One Bernam residence had its balloting session lived streamed to the potential thousands of buyers through live streaming.

The Live streaming was done through the two cameras placed which allowed a clear view of the paper ballot that was being shown to the public through the live stream. as the camera and the livestream are of very good quality, the users will have no problem seeing the ballot number and names and see whether they were allocated any slot.

The Ooffle team conducted this livestream with redundant internet supplies so even if the internet in the location is down or interrupted the livestream will never go down as it is of the upmost important.
