1. Who are you guys? Our identities are not important. What you should know, is that our group consists of only the best players in the server. We are fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. We understand your needs and we are able to deliver.
2. Is elo boosting bad? We would like to believe that our job is merely to lend a helping hand to those who are stuck at a certain elo because of leavers and trolls. Yes, we understand that it happens very often especially in SEA. It's a very well known fact and we recognize that. We are simply the stepping stone for those stuck in elo hell. We have had many cases where players were able to climb the ladder by themselves after their accounts got boosted. Simply because they were stuck at an elo where they did not belong and could not adapt to the elo meta.
3. How can I be sure that you guys aren't a scam? There really isn't a way for us to convince you that we're not because at the end up the day, it's you who will come to that conclusion yourself. We can only tell you that we have been around since S2, and have been doing this for ages. Judging by the fact that all of us are extremely experienced and skilled, I doubt we need to resort scamming.
4. Can the booster play the champion or role that I want? We will definitely try to accommodate to any of your special requests. However, this isn't a question of their skill as all of them are able to play all roles at an advanced level. You do have to take into consideration that this is a team game, and the booster will have to play whatever role or sometimes champion required to suit the situation or team composition.
5. Can I watch the games as a spectator on another account? Definitely. In fact, we would recommend that so that you can try to learn something from the booster's gameplay and hopefully get more value out of the money you have spent.
6. Can I know the identity of the booster playing on my account? Unfortunately, as elo boosting is against Riot's T&C, we cannot risk revealing the identities of any of our boosters to you. However, you can contact him from another account when he is playing on your account.
7. How long will it take for the job to finish? It would generally take about 1 day per division if you have an average LP gain on your account.
8. Can I play on my account in the middle of the job? Yes, you can. Simply contact our agent directly via Facebook Message and he will tell the booster to log out of your account, and remember to let us know when you are done with it so that the booster can resume the job.
9. Will my account get banned? Very very very unlikely. We have been boosting since season 2 and we have a perfect track record of no accounts ever being banned. I personally use a tunnel software during my boosting to prevent having the same IP Address from being traced back to my main throughout the duration of boosting. However, this is mainly for my personal safety.
10. Regarding our refund policy. If we take the service, we will commit to it. And we will gurantee a complete rate with a boosted MMR. However, in any unforseen circumstances that we cant do/complete your paid service, we will refund you the full amount/incompleted amount. We will notify you to confirm you with the refunding procedure
11. Regarding our usage of scripting. We wont and would never consider the usage of scripting. Why? Due to the fact that Garena actually bans scripters in waves. We would never comprimise our own customer's account safety .You are free to spectate our booster's games to pinpoint whether or not he scripts.If it seems like he does, please PM the VOD of his gameplay here and i will deal with it accordingly. But we can assure you that we do not involved in the usage of scripts throughout the duration of boosting.
