She has qualified for numerous Prudential's awards such as the annual Quality Club, Quality Club Elite; Prudential Star Club and the prestigious international Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) award. She is also accredited with the Prudential Service Mark, a testament of her exceptional service professionalism.

Her Vision is that no one should die poor and all debts must die with the debtor. A widow should be free to spend as much time with her children as she wants and not work because she needs to keep her family alive or pay off the mortgage. A child should have no concern about food, shelter and money because a concerned parent would provide for his young children's food, shelter and education. A sick person should not worry about his bills as he worries about his health. A person should retire in comfort and not from comfort. Lastly, the cost of leaving should be minimized for the benefit of the living.
She is most happy to meet reasonable individuals who are genuinely concerned with their insurance & financial planning to provide for their family's protection and wealth accumulation goals.
Serene volunteers regularly at the Yellow Ribbon Project, an organisation that aims at promoting a more accepting society, one that is willing to give ex-offenders a second chance and help unlock the second prison in them. She also serves in Singapore Royal Rangers Outpost 1 on Saturdays.
