YCPホールディングスは、世界７拠点でサプライチェーン・調達に関連する支援を手掛けるコンサルティングファームConsus Globalの発行済株式取得（完全子会社化）を完了しました。この経営統合により、当社グループは、中核事業であるマネジメントサービス事業部および新設するサプライチェーン・ソリューション事業部の体制を拡充します。

YCP Holdings has finalized its integration with Consus Global, a global supply chain and procurement solutions provider. This integration will help strengthen the Group’s core Management Service division, and its new Supply Chain Solution division.

2023年4月、YCPホールディングス（本社：シンガポール、取締役兼グループCEO ：石田裕樹）は、世界7拠点で調達・サプライチェーンに関連する支援を手掛けるコンサルティングファームConsus Global （以下、「コンサス」と言います。）の発行済株式を100%取得し完全子会社化する契約を締結しましたのでお知らせいたします。

We are pleased to announce that we have executed the contract to acquire 100% of Consus Global, a global procurement & supply chain solutions provider located in 7 cities worldwide, to make it a wholly owned subsidiary of YCP Holdings.

In accordance with this integration, the Group will establish its Supply Chain Solutions Division, which will provide various solutions in the field of procurement and supply chain, including stabilisation of procurement and improvement and digital transformation of supply chain—led by the highly specialised professionals from Consus. Mr. Shantanu Bhowmick, Chairman & CEO of Consus Global, will take office of CEO in our Supply Chain Solutions Division.

We are pleased to announce that our Managing Partner Pilar Dieter has been appointed CEO of our Management Services division, YCP Solidiance. This division has been a key driver of the Group's growth since 2011, and Pilar brings a wealth of experience in the consulting industry to her new role as CEO.

Pilar has extensive project experience working with high-growth Fortune 500 companies, primarily in Asia. She has worked with both government and private organizations on foreign and U.S. business in China with a focus on international trade, and is well-versed in the Asian market having worked in Singapore, Japan, Korea, China, India, and Malaysia. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, she worked for a growth strategy advisory firm managing professional services and product management divisions in Silicon Valley. She also served on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. Pilar graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from UCLA and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
