After selling more than 12,000 trays of its signature sushi bakes since its launch in 2020, SUSHI PINCH is making its first-ever dine-in debut at Chef X!

Founded by 25-year-old Janna Caganap – who moved to Singapore at the age of six – Sushi Pinch reflects the culinary traditions and flavours of both her Filipino heritage and upbringing in Singapore.

From 6 August to 9 October, sink your teeth into its bestselling sushi bakes – think Samurai Salmon, Aburi Beef, Spicy Tuna, and more – alongside eight brand-new creations comprising appetisers and desserts. 🍣

Ever wondered where your seafood comes from?

From now until 27 July, local research and education initiative pasarfishsg steps beyond its guided wet market tours and workshops to launch its first-ever fish-forward F&B pop-up at Chef X, celebrating seafood heritage and sustainability.

Founded by Kenny Lek and Elliott James Ong, Pasarfish began with a shared passion for reconnecting Singaporeans with the stories behind the seafood we eat. Drawing from their Teochew and Eurasian roots, the duo brings together family traditions, local food culture, and a deep appreciation for Singapore’s coastal heritage.

The two-month residency transforms the space into a living fish exhibit, where local fish specimens, heritage fishing tools, and a thoughtfully curated menu come together to tell a story of culture and community.

The menu also embraces a whole-fish philosophy, transforming often-overlooked ingredients into meaningful, delicious dishes while honouring generations of culinary traditions.

Pasarfish is open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 12pm to 2:30pm and 5:30pm to 10pm.
