Involved in accounts payable and accounts receivables functions, including, but not limit to, the following:
Posting of supplier invoice and petty cash claim

Prepare payment schedule and process payments using cheques, GIRO, bulk payments, telegraphy transfer.
Monthly statement of accounts circulation to all receivables

Daily cash collection

Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing for intercompany and monthly intercompany reconciliation.

Provide timely analysis on AR aging and perform reconciliation between operating and accounting system.

Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and receipt issues effectively and efficiently

Prepare payroll/ supplier payment

Prepare and create jobsheet from sales team

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements
At least 1 year working experience in the accounting field

O level/A level/Certificates/LCCI or equivalent

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of XERO/MYOB accounting is preferred

Willing to learn, positive attitude, meticulous and able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines

Able to work under fast pace environment

Able to start work immediately
