Your cup's ideal temperature is 55°C before dispensing coffee into it.

In a part of the world where most offices and homes are air-conditioned your porcelain cup would usually have a temperature far bellow that and your coffee would cool down immediately once it is poured into the cup.

There is two solutions to that:

- pre-heat your cup with hot water from your JURA machine
- buy an external cup warmer that keeps your cups at 55°C
