Orange Council Meeting Recap 🍊

This morning, our Orange Council gathered for a session hosted by dsm-firmenich. It was great to learn more about their different business units and how they are bringing progress to life.

This was followed by a presentation by Marsh, who shared some insights from their newly published report, Global Talent Trends 2026, that shows you:

- How peers are redesigning work to blend human capability with automation
- What AI in the workplace looks like
- How to prepare for the AI future of work
- Which future-fit skills to develop
- How to sharpen your employee value proposition to drive performance

ASEAN Tax, Legal & Financing Insights 2026

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a highly insightful and engaging Roundtable, kindly hosted by DLA Piper and complemented by traditional Dutch sandwiches from Bakkie Fine Foods & Deli 🇳🇱

The session covered key developments impacting Dutch and Dutch-linked businesses in the region, including:
• Cross-border employment considerations
• Emerging tax trends and regulatory updates
• Regional M&A trends and strategic insights
• Financing solutions for international expansion

A special thanks to DLA Piper for sharing their expertise, and to Invest International for introducing their tailored financing solutions that support companies where traditional funding options may not be available — enabling international growth with confidence.

It was great to see so many Dutch companies represented and openly exchanging views on how recent developments are shaping their businesses. With many Dutch organisations having their regional HQ in Singapore, staying ahead of regulatory, tax and financing developments across ASEAN remains critical.
