Thoroughly enjoyed this talk by Thomas Friedman. His talk was absorbing, his style quietly appealing & he reframed the A.I. 'threat' very nicely through the lens of 'applied hope' (as he termed it).

Also look out for his 5 pieces of advice on how to thrive in these turbulent times. Loved it.

He quotes from a song:
"You can dance in a hurricane
But only if you're standing in the eye"

Yes, indeed.

This talk may have been delivered almost 2 years ago, but continues to be relevant - if not even more so today. Especially for us here in Singapore (where our Government has shown to be far ahead in its thinking, while many of us are still not 'getting it' & refusing to adapt.)

Recommended listening to all who wish to thrive in these tumultuous times. Including Corporate & Community Leaders, Educators - & yes, even Policy Makers.
