The system is able to simulate baggage and cargo screening machines which can then be used to provide interactive training for screeners in a classroom. This system is currently used in Singapore Changi Airport by Airport Police Division, Brunei International Airport, Jurong Town Corporation (Singapore) and Macau International Airport. CJSG has further used this system to train and certify screeners from many organizations both locally and overseas. EXPERIENCE IN CRISIS MANAGEMENT
SilkAir (MI 185 crash)
The consultant was involved in providing assistance to Singapore Airlines Crisis Management Team during the handling of the crash that happened in the Musi river in Indonesia. The consultant was involved with providing security services in terms of crowd control and provision of security at the various crisis facilities established by Singapore Airlines in order to manage the air crash. Singapore Airlines (SQ 006 crash)
The consultant was involved in providing security assistance in this crash which happened in Taiwan. He was in-charge of security at the 'Relatives Holding Area' in Singapore where he had to assist in preventing violence or disruption to operations caused by distressed relatives. Cebu Pacific Airlines (Cebu crash in Cagayan City, Philippines)
Based on a special request, the consultant led a team to assist cm conduct an on-the-job-training for personnel from Cebu Pacific Airlines when one of their flights crashed into the mountains in Cagayan City. This involved the complete crisis management process from aircraft, passengers, relatives, media, crew management and the passenger information centre including all other coordination.
