Meritably

Meritably Are you in a difficult marriage and perhaps contemplating legal separation? Or maybe you are just un I went through a bitter and ugly divorce. I am not a lawyer.

If only I knew back then what I know now....

If you are in a difficult situation with your partner and are seeking a legal recourse, come speak to me first. I am merely someone who understands the pain and suffering of legal separation only too well. It is hard enough as it is without having to deal with issues such as child custody, division of assets and mental trauma on your own. Maybe I can point you in the right direction. Send me a message to set up a no-obligation first meeting.

“The Mandatory Parenting Programme is a one-to-one consultation session for parents with minor children BEFORE they file for divorce. It is designed to encourage divorcing couples to make informed decisions that prioritise the well-being of children.

This is a two-hour session by counselors from Divorce Support Specialist Agencies (DSSAs). All parents with children below 14 years old are required to attend this programme if they do not have a signed formal agreement pertaining to a parenting plan.”
