FACE MASK.
The weather, environment and stress can be pretty harsh to your skin. Feeding your skin with mask regularly is a great way to keep it healthy. How to without burning your pocket?
Pamper your skin with ingredients that can be found in your kitchen!
Here is a simple homemade oatmeal and yogurt facial mask for all skin types that is inexpensive and easy to make.
This recipe cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.
- 1 tbsp oatmeal ( finely ground)
- 1 tbsp organic plain yogurt
For people with dry skin - add a few drops of honey.
For people with oily skin - add a few drops of lime juice.
Preparation:
Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.
Stir in the honey/lime juice into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.
Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth.
Apply moisturizer.
For better results, drink more water and have adequate sleep!
