Both the JKT-GN Solids Control Desander and JKT Filter Press enables our client to leverage eco-conscious technologies to manage slurry wastes at the work site.
HOW IT WORKS
Initial Desanding: Raw slurry generated from excavation is first fed into the JKT-GN Solids Desander to screen out coarse sand and aggregate.
Advanced Separation: The remaining finer mix is then directed into the high-capacity JKT Filter Press 1500 Modular system.
Under powerful hydraulic pressure, this modular press further separates it into dried mud for lower disposal volume. At the same time, clarified water may also be reused onsite as required - drastically minimising construction waste and overall costs!
