This couple found me online through my Google Business profile and read through all the reviews and decided to give me a call to try me out.
Before that, they have a hastily-put-together online Will, and they are not sure what they have done.
After spending a first appointment with me that spans almost 2 hours, they finally got a clearer picture of what to put in place for their little ones - trustees that they can trust, and guardian who will love their children.
I am grateful that they found my recommendations useful, and that they are so willing to add on to my Google reviews :)

Getting testimonies should not be taken for granted.
I am acutely aware that I have already been paid.

So what makes my clients to write a testimony willingly, is how we interact sincerely with them.

To me, I fully appreciate that writing a Will is an important milestone in their lives, and hence, I put in effort to:
- being accurate and professional are just the fundamentals
- I go beyond by providing little touches such as placing the original Will in an envelope with their names printed outside, and give them a folder with a Will Cover letter that covers the essentials of will writing such as when they should review the Will, where they should keep the Will and how their Will can be made invalid.
- I go through the process meticulously so that they feel a sense of achievement, then I hand over the Will with both hands and congratulate them for achieving this milestone.
Most important of all, I do this with genuine sincerity.

That, I think, is what makes my clients bothered to pen a few words for me.

写遗嘱是一个重要的里程碑。
所以每个来写遗嘱的顾客，我都会给予其“仪式感”

这“仪式感”包括：
- 把遗嘱正本放在信封里，外面打印了日期和名字。
- 再把一份遗嘱副本放在我们特别印制的文件夹。
- 然后有另一份清单，让我逐一的解释如何收藏遗嘱正本，如何整理一份资产清单，再什么情况下遗嘱会没效，还有再什么情况下需要更改遗嘱。
- 完事后，必须双手把文件夹交给顾客，再握手恭喜顾客完成了这么重要的里程碑！

写遗嘱不是单单一个交易，所以我真诚的对待每个顾客，也特别感激肯为我写见证的顾客。
