Arborist cm Operations Manager
*S pass for Indian/Bangladesh/Myanmar/Philippine*
Salary: $3000 - $4500
6 days (Office Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily landscape operations, with a focus on tree maintenance, pruning, removal, etc.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the health and condition of trees and recommend appropriate arboriculture practices.
• Plan and supervise all arborist-related tasks including climbing, rigging, and use of machinery for safe and effective tree work.
• Lead and coordinate a team of landscape technicians and workers to ensure efficient ex*****on of scheduled works.
• Ensure all horticultural maintenance activities such as plant care and management, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation are performed to high standards.
Requirements:
• ⚠️Certified Arborist with recognized credentials (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent).
• *Minimum 3–5 years of experience in arboriculture and landscape maintenance operations in SG.*
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, diagnosis, and modern arborist practices.
• Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating on-site landscape activities.
• Good understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and good ability to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
