John 已年过六旬，早已享受着悠闲的退休生活。

两年前，他第一次来到 SGBoating 找船。

他告诉我们，年轻的时候，他常常从樟宜出海，搭乘钓鱼包船到新加坡周边海域钓鱼。那些年的海上时光，一直是他心里很美好的回忆。退休以后，他有了更多属于自己的时间，也萌生了一个念头——想再次回到海上，找回当年钓鱼的感觉。

后来，我们为 John 找到了一艘船况不错的二手 Pursuit 钓鱼艇。

买到船，只是故事的开始。我们 SGBoating 的团队陪着 John 一步一步把这艘船重新整理。从船上的系统、电路，到引擎和机械设备，我们逐项检查；该更换的更换，该翻新的翻新，该维修的维修。

今天，这艘 Pursuit 已经焕然一新，几乎看不出是一艘有些年岁的船。但真正让我们感到欣慰的，并不是船变漂亮了。而是我们看到 John 又重新回到了他喜欢的大海。

现在，他经常和自己的兄弟一起出海钓鱼，有时候也会约上我们一起。随着一次又一次出海，他慢慢摸熟了新加坡水域，开始懂得研究潮水、海流、时间和钓点。

他的经验越来越丰富，钓到的鱼——也越来越大！对 SGBoating 来说，John 的故事其实很简单，却让我们很有感触。退休，并不代表人生开始慢慢停下来。有时候，反而是终于有时间，重新去做年轻时喜欢、却因为工作和家庭而暂时放下的事情。

一艘旧船，可以重新整理、重新出发。一个年轻时候的爱好，也可以在几十年以后，再次点燃。今天的 John，不只是拥有了一艘船。他拥有的是和兄弟一起出海的时间，是等待潮水的耐心，是每一次中鱼时的兴奋，也是退休以后，依然值得期待的下一趟旅程。

这也是我们 SGBoating 最喜欢看到的事情。我们卖的不只是船。

我们更希望，一艘船能够让一个人重新找到热爱，让家人和朋友有更多相聚的时间，也让人生到了任何一个阶段，依然可以有新的故事、新的目标，还有下一条更大的鱼。

因为人生最好的那一趟航程，不一定已经过去——也许，才刚刚开始。
