Salary up to $2300 ( depends on experience and qualification)+ catered lunch daily+one way transport to work+ variable bonus

Mon-Fri (9am – 6.15pm) and ½ Saturday a month (9am – 12.30pm)

Location: East



Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain samples for , sensory evaluation and other documents for Food & Safety Quality Management , (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production

•Prepare and update record of laboratory samples, and send for lab testing

• Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

• Perform laboratory testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)

• Support laboratory testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment

• Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

• Perform other tasks, roles or projects by superiors assigned from time to time

• Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards

• Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry or related fields

• With Experience in lab environment/ quality control systems, an added advantage
