Hiring an Admin & Customer Service Executive!
🟢You are required to perform general front desk duties, e.g. greeting customers, class registration for students, responding to email and phone enquiries on signing up classes, payments & payment reminders of classes that customers booked etc.
🟢You act as a liaison between students and parents, as well as staff from the Admin, Sales & Teaching divisions.
🟢You would be required to keep yourself updated on the classes and schedules offered in order to advise your customers effectively.
🟢You need to have excellent communication & interpersonal skills while handling your external and internal customers.
🟢You must be able to use MS Word & Excel as well as our customer management system - training will only be provided for the latter.
🟢You must possess good attention to details, be organized and be able to work in a team to get things done.
🟢You are required to work well under pressure and report to a Senior Admin Executive.
🟢Work Location: near Orchard MRT
🟢Work Hours: 10am to 7pm (3 weekdays per week)
🟢Work Hours: 9am to 6pm (weekends of Sat & Sun)
🟢Total Work Hours: 40 hours per 5 days' work week
🟢Remuneration: Basic + Quarter Incentives + Bonuses + Benefits
