Responsibilities:-
• Analyse user requirements, propose solution to enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Installation of application software on desktop, window servers and virtual machines
• Configuration of windows servers, virtual machines, router, VNP
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, desktop, network connection

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 3 yrs experience on implementation, training & technical support of Accounting or inventory software (eg MYOB, UBS, Quickbooks, Fact or equivalent)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Motivated in problem solving
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Must be able to converse in English
