AI adoption in construction is no longer a question of whether — it's a question of where to start.
The industry is sitting on enormous amounts of operational data — from site workflows and procurement cycles to building systems and infrastructure conditions — but translating that into actionable AI deployment is still where most organisations get stuck.
On 25 June, One&Co Singapore is hosting an AI Deployment Clinic designed specifically for leaders across construction, property development, and facilities management. Organised by Jumpstart Disruptive Innovations (JDI) Group in collaboration with NVIDIA AI Technology Centre, the session takes a hands-on approach: participants will map their own workflows, identify where AI can reduce risk or improve efficiency, and work through real deployment opportunities — not hypotheticals.
The agenda covers the full built environment lifecycle. From AI-powered simulations for cost and delay prediction at the planning stage, to computer vision for site safety and progress tracking during construction, to smart building optimisation and predictive maintenance for long-term asset management. NVIDIA's team will share applied examples across each of these areas.
