Position: Quantity Surveyor
Archibina Design and Construction is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our team.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Commencement: April 2026
Location: Taman Mutiara Rini, Skudai, Johor
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
✅ Able to multitask and work under pressure
✅ Strong understanding of cost management, tendering, and contract administration
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized
✅ Must have own transportation
✅ Experience is an added advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Job Scope:
📌 Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents
📌 Monitor and control project costs and budgets
📌 Evaluate variations, claims, and progress payments
📌 Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
📌 Prepare project cost reports and documentation
📌 Assist in contract administration and procurement processes
