LinkedIn will work as long as there's a good level of verification of what qualifications a person has. But it will get challenging as cheatsupport like this clown simply sell certs. I'm very certain some folks getting on the AI bandwagon have already bought their certs and 'worked' for over 15 years in AI.

I'll continue to observe this developing situation.

We're seeing this employee engagement table getting a lot of airtime. It's part of figuring out how to keep good people in our organization.

The simplest way is to ensure a line of communication and active feedback. Doesn't have to be perfect but showing the willingness to engage is the first step to growing strangers into good colleagues who feel they belong.

The ones who feel important are the ones who're likely going to do great things for you. The question to ask is 'Did I help get them there?' and 'Is this process repeatable?' - this is where we can help.
