The course focused on Life Cycle Assessment: Carbon Computation and Management Strategies, aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in carbon computation within the realm of environmental sustainability. It's an incredible opportunity for individuals and organizations to deepen their understanding of carbon emissions and contribute to a greener future. 🌿

Wenjie will cover a wide range of topics during the course, including carbon reporting frameworks, emission sources and scopes, carbon footprint calculation, and carbon reduction strategies, as well as engaging case studies and practical exercises. We are happy to be on the journey with IOI Properties Singapore in achieving a WiredScore Platinum pre-certification for IOI Central Boulevard, a new commercial building located in Singapore's central business district.

The WiredScore Platinum pre-certification requires buildings to achieve a score of 90 or higher out of a possible 100. IOI Central Boulevard was able to achieve this high score. The building's digital infrastructure includes high-speed fiber-optic connectivity, redundant power, and cooling systems, and a state-of-the-art network design that ensures high-speed connectivity throughout the building.

The WiredScore Platinum pre-certification indicates that IOI Central Boulevard is well-equipped to meet the digital needs of businesses operating in the Singapore market. This certification is an important signal to tenants that the building has invested in high-quality digital infrastructure that will support their business needs.

Psst, have you heard about Singapore's first positive energy building?

Yes, Keppel Infrastructure @ Changi building is the first positive energy building and officially opened on October 13 with over 4000sqm of photovoltaics (PV) system installed on the rooftop and building facade.

Congratulations to Keppel Infrastructure, BSD is honored to be part of the green mark process for achieving Singapore's first positive energy building!
