职位职责:

- 协助交易员处理交易事务,准备销售单/采购单/发票,并精准核对燃油交付单与银行信息
- 执行客户尽职调查,协调船舶检查,确保业务合规性
- 跟踪库存与交易情况,为业务决策提供数据支持
- 处理业务咨询,协调燃油加注操作,并协助通过专业沟通解决争议与索赔
- 与客户、供应商及各方建立并维护长期稳定的良好关系(为拓展业务可能涉及出差)

任职要求:
- 持有海事、市场营销等相关证书或文凭
- 此岗位可能涉及在非标准工作时间内(包括深夜/周末)处理突发状况
- 至少2年相关工作经验者优先
- 具备海事法相关知识
- 熟练使用MS Word和Excel
- 注重细节
- 能够与中文客户进行沟通
- 具备多任务处理能力,并能按时完成工作

薪资范围:2600新元 - 3100新元

We are looking for a potential candidate to join us as Administrative Executive for trade activities.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare SO/ PO/ invoice/ verify BDN/ Banking Details

- PA to trader

- Assist manager in cash flow management and payment planning

- Reply to enquiry and operational co-ordination

- Prepare summary report of sales/ AR/ inventory balance

- Support in resolving dispute and manage any claims arising

- Refine and update existing T&C to follow up market practises

- Payment follow up and reminder

- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.

- Any other duties as assigned.

Our Requirements

Those without formal qualification but with sufficient direct experience will be considered.

Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ Business Adminstration/ Marketing or equivalent.

Preferably at least 1 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Ms Word, Excel spreadsheet.

Attention-to-details

Meticulas, commited and able to communicate with native chinese client.

Able to work independently, multi-tasks and meet deadline.

Scope

Pre arrival arrangment for Vessel Port Call

Handle Crewing matters

Co-ordinate port call activities and prepare port call summary

Monitor update vessel activities under your charge

Support Operation Manager, audit and logistic document handling

Prepare and collate supporting documents for FDA

Requirement

- Able to work with vessel matters at odd hours/ weekend

- Diploma/ Degree / 3yrs experience in Maritime Industry



- Able to start within short notice will be perferred

- Meticulous and accountable person. Integity is important

- Self learner and able to work independently

- Strong in multitask and organising and co-ordinating
