My research into the state of conversion, retention and lifecycle marketing in 2026, one thing stood out to me the most. Hyper-personalization. Both Gen Z and Gen Alpha want a personalized buying experience, but in different ways. And LLMS coupled with Generative AI are going to be involved in how we implement our hyper personalized conversion and retention strategies. I talk about my findings in this video.
