😨 It's gruelling - for both students and professor alike - to be in class 8:30am to 6:30pm, for four days back to back (yes, including weekends!)
💭 At the same time, there is something very meaningful about the opportunity to curate a deeply personal learning journey that prompts honest reflection about what it means to be a leader; about the impact one can have; and about life itself.
🎯 Last week, I invited William Wan, Noor Quek and John KM Lim to reflect on their leadership and life lessons to conclude the leadership module that I teach for the Chinese Executive MBA program at the National University of Singapore / NUS Business School, National University of Singapore,
🦉With a combined age of 232 years, they've pretty much lived through it all. From slide rules to global careers; from office politics to living a life of purpose.
🚀And, as evident in this photo, their energy is infectious!!
🙏 Thank you William, Noor, and John for giving us the gift of your experience and insights. It was truly a privilege to hear from you! I am still reflecting on our dialog and I know many of the students are doing likewise.
💪💪 Sharing here as they’re all active on Facebook (and LinkedIn, and in some cases, Tik Tok and Threads!!)
