• manage the costs on a construction project
• ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
• prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
• responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control, subcontract formation
• measure and evaluate the work done on site
• write reports

REQUIREMENTS:
• Min 2 years’ experience in local construction industry
• Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
• Salary range $2800 - $3500
• Working Days: 5.5 days alternate Saturday (44 hours/ week)

QUALIFICATION:
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree/Professional in Quatity Surveying or its equivalent.

• monitor project progress and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
• make sure the quality standards are met
• oversea project & coordinate with various departments to work together to achieve all the aims and objectives
• attend site meeting, resolve any site problems
• conduct site measurements and inspections
