We are looking for a Sales Executive!

Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The role involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The Sales Executive will present product solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of IAQ solutions, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and providing market feedback to support business development. The Sales Executive will also participate in sales events, product demonstrations, and training to stay informed about the latest IAQ technologies and offerings.
Person should be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident
Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building.
Experience in solution selling, including needs analysis, product presentation, and negotiation.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic understanding of Indoor Air Quality, HVAC, or related environmental technologies is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
Prior experience in environmental solutions, facilities management, or building services is beneficial.
Expected Salary - Basic SGD3.5K per month + Commissions
